End-of-Course Surveys Policy

Every student is asked to complete an end-of-course survey. This policy describes how surveys are disseminated to students, how responses are collected, how results are reviewed, and how the provider responds to the feedback to continuously improve course quality.
Dissemination
The survey is presented to every student at the conclusion of the course.
- •The end-of-course survey is presented to every student in the student portal immediately after the final session.
- •A reminder email with a direct survey link is sent to any student who has not yet completed it.
- •The survey covers course content, instructor effectiveness, delivery platform, and whether learning objectives were met.
- •Responses may be submitted anonymously; completion of the survey is encouraged but does not affect the student’s grade or credit.
- •A student’s failure to complete the end-of-course survey is never used as a reason to withhold, delay, or deny the course completion certificate.
Collection
- •Responses are captured electronically and stored with the course offering record.
- •Both quantitative ratings (1–5 scales) and free-text comments are collected.
- •Response rates are tracked for each course section and instructor.
Review
- •Survey results are reviewed by the education/compliance team after each course offering and summarized per instructor and per course.
- •Ratings are trended over time; any item falling below the provider’s quality threshold is flagged for action.
- •Instructor evaluations from surveys feed into the instructor ongoing-evaluation process.
Response & Continuous Improvement
- •Actionable feedback results in updates to course materials, delivery, or instructor coaching before the next offering.
- •Students who raise a specific issue and provide contact information receive a direct response from the support team.
- •A record of survey results and the resulting actions is retained for a minimum of five (5) years.
