Terms of Service

By creating an account or enrolling in any course on Mortgage License Online, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Mortgage License Online provides online mortgage education courses designed to meet the requirements of the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). Our courses are designed to prepare students for mortgage licensing. Passing any licensing exam is not guaranteed. Course content is subject to change to reflect updates in federal and state laws and regulations.

You agree to: provide accurate and complete registration information; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; complete all coursework independently without third-party assistance; abide by the NMLS Student Rules of Conduct (ROCS); not share, reproduce, or distribute course materials; not use automated tools or bots to access course content; report any technical issues or errors in course content promptly.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes.

Upon successful completion of a course, we will bank your credits with NMLS within seven (7) calendar days of the course completion date. Credits may only be banked after the student has completed the entire number of hours for which the course was approved. You must provide accurate NMLS ID information for credit banking. It is your responsibility to verify that credits have been properly reported to your NMLS record.

All course content, materials, logos, and website design are the property of Mortgage License Online or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without written permission. Course access is for personal educational use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, share your account with others, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, your access to courses will be revoked. Completed certificates and banked NMLS credits are not affected by account termination.

Mortgage License Online provides educational content and is not responsible for your success or failure on any licensing exam. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course at issue. We are not responsible for third-party actions, including NMLS processing delays.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Mortgage License Online.
