30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any course where you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Refund Eligibility

  • •Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • •Courses with less than 25% completion are eligible for a full refund.
  • •Courses with 25-50% completion are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • •Courses with more than 50% completion are not eligible for a refund, as substantial course content has been accessed.
  • •Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Course Cancellation

  • •You may cancel your enrollment in any course at any time through your student portal.
  • •Cancellation before course access will result in a full refund.
  • •Cancellation after course access is subject to the refund eligibility criteria above.
  • •Any NMLS credits that have already been banked cannot be reversed upon cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items

  • •Courses that have been fully completed and for which NMLS credits have been banked.
  • •Course completion certificates that have been issued.
  • •Exam prep materials once the proctored exam has been accessed.
  • •Any course purchased more than 30 days ago.

Course Transfer & Exchange

  • •If you enrolled in the wrong course, you may request a transfer to a different course within 14 days of purchase, subject to price differences.
  • •Course transfers are limited to one per enrollment.
  • •Contact our support team to initiate a course transfer.

  • •Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
  • •Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • •Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
