Sign in to the student portal and open "My Courses". Live-online sessions launch from the course page at the scheduled time after a quick identity check.
How is my attendance tracked?
Live-online sessions record your join time, leave time, attended minutes, and engagement checks. You can review your full attendance ledger anytime under the Attendance tab.
When do I get my completion certificate?
Your certificate is generated automatically once you complete all required seat time and pass the final assessment. It appears instantly in the Certificates tab.
What is your refund policy?
